Members of the Federation of Master Builders, Melavid specialise in all aspects of groundwork, foundations, roads, sewers, external works and finishing. Sites predominantly covering the N.W of England, Midlands and North Wales.

With established recognition from numerous councils for the construction of road openings Melavid Ltd will create all site roads ready or adoption.

Melavid are also authorised by United Utilities and Welsh Water for the creation of connections to main sewers.

Melavid has their own fleet of plant and vehicles including excavators (up to 30 tonne), JCBs, dumpers and rollers etc. Together with their own skilled workforce, Melavid have built a reputation for quality construction in both residential and commercial sites.

Commercial work has been carried out for, among others, Eric Wright Construction and Williams Tarr.

Residential sites include Persimmon Homes, Countryside Properties and Charles Church, to name but a few.
